InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Forest Park

This particular location WILL take your money! How is it my first week I paid with taxes $383.00 for a premium one bed upgraded room then the next week pay $393.00 damn near $400 when on the paper it states my next payment would've been $337.00 on top of that my $50.00 deposit was NOT refunded because of late checkout when the manager told me herself she would give until 12 noon to check out or make a payment so I checked out at noon then trash was in the room???? I cleaned the room myself and because I left trash for housekeeping to do THEIR JOB my deposit is non refundable OK thanks however no thanks how little those rooms were and the financial scams management pulled i will NEVER support this location moving forward other than that the room was nice and the experience was good 👍🏾 no ha

Stayed here for about 3 weeks for work.|They have a roach problem and it's sketchy. |Floors pathetically dirty.|I called the health department on them.|Disgusting.

I am attempting to avoid the clerk who walks the premises. I have had a creep before enter my room in the morning at another location. He is less creepy than this clerk. I prefer for the male guest service/security personnel to not be too close to us, before service hours begin. The first offender was a maintenance personnel. He fixed something the night before in the room. ------- This is an update: I bought an electric car. It has a low charge. It needs charging at home and in the public. I put Christmas lights on it to make sure no one will trip. After office hours, one of those male clerks comes by and asks me to unplug my car. I can't. It needs as much charge as possible to get me to work or close to it. On the second night he complains, he says management is not going

Constantly threatened and harassed by next door neighbor. Management never helped and made it seem like we were the issue, even though we were the ones asking for help. She never insisted on talking to the neighbor of offer a room change. She dismissed our concerns, and took them lightly. Both her and the neighbor made our stay so uncomfortable that we were forced to leave. It states to do no kind of smoking and yet, they allowed smoking— even maintained was smoking while also blasting his loud music during evenings/late nights.

I checked in on Saturday Ms Chauntelle was so Awesome Im not sure if she could tell me&my daughter was overwhelmed but she was so kind went on&gave my daughter a key cause she was standing n the open with all of our things n for the first time EVER I was able to pick my room!! Chauntelle you have no Idea how much you are appreciated by us thank you so much me&my daughters are rebuilding after alot of trauma so Her kindness n understanding was EVERYTHING n we still here
