Kissimmee South RV Community

this used to be a great park. have been here 4 years now. this year they hired new management and it has been horrible. there are no activities anymore unless planned by residents and management is not getting anything fixed. there are known felons and drug abusers living in the park and management does nothing even though they have been warned by many park residents. The new managers dont seem to care about any maintenance issues or the safety of guests. like I said used to be a great park. take notice that all the good reviews on here are from before this year. Sun communities should be embarrassed for the way this park is being run. but even after multiple calls to corporate they can't seem to find time to call back. It's a peaceful location a bit far from the busy Orlando area. Sites are level concrete, but with utilities located a bit further away from the RV than is usual. Utilities work well. There are a lot of seasonal folks there who have built a nice community with lots of activities. They even have a church service on campus. That being said, the park is understaffed. It's difficult to call in and get someone to answer. When I arrived, I was stuck at the entrance gate because the staff was too busy to open it when I buzzed in. The office is completely closed on the weekend. Also they technically offer WiFi, but it's completely useless and the staff admits it. At the high price point, these issues really need to be addressed.

We have been here for a couple of months. The park is very nice. We are enjoying all the amenities. The front desk service is outstanding with friendly helpful employees.

This is a great RV resort, been going there for 9 years. My Dad lives in Davenport and this resort has been a Oasis for me while helping my dad through his late years and my dad is 20 minutes or 45 minutes away when traffic is heavy :). I have recently made it my second home. The staff is very accommodating and the people there are just great people and friendly.

They have No activities here anymore unless the community puts them on. The grounds and shower houses are always dirty. The help are usually sitting around talking to people instead of getting the facilities and grounds clean.
