Can’t really begin to express my appreciation for Lisa who permitted my brother-in-law to obtain a room late last Saturday evening. She was sympathetic with his unusual circumstances, being both physically handicapped and homeless.

After a long day of driving, unfortunately I chose this place to stop for the night. First clue should have been the attitude and unfriendliness of the person checking me in but the rest became quickly obvious. I have not stayed in such a disgusting place in a very long time. Cigarette burns and stains on the sheets - (if they had been changed then the people putting these back on the bed should be very embarrassed), broken toilet seat, whatever that was in the tub, dingy run-down furniture, walls with marks all over, zero heat or a/c working, only one overhead light - the others would not work.| I left asap. Don't believe me? Ask to see a room in person before you commit. Just saying,.....

Smh always used to be cool for later checkouts but still would give you the deposit as long as they got the key back.. now they don't do none of that smh greedy

Rooms were dirty and not well maintained. They do not properly clean rooms. The bed is the worst thing I have ever slept on. Hard as a rock. This is the picture I took from my most recent stay. If this is what the walls looked like I doubt they clean it or if they do it’s done poorly. I think in their own way they tried, but they definitely don’t have the standard just that are required for a clean place of business.

It's not the 5 seasons for sure but they make you feel welcome and comfortable. No one bothers you, the bed is a real king size, the house keepers were all super friendly and nice and the owner by far was my favorite. Here she don't play, if you don't check out or pay by 11 she was literally busting down your door 😂 Which didn't bother us cuss she has every right, she was also very understanding to her guest. Our daughter still talks about her and the king. We will definitely be going back thank you so much King Motor.
