Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino

Even though I have NEVER won a jackpot (in the 8years I’ve gone) I go because my husband is a VERY frequent player. (I mean TOO frequent…lol) so that’s quite upsetting. However it’s one of the better casinos around in my opinion. Due to the simple fact every single other casino (including muckleshoot) has made such extravagant upgrades that you end up to pay for them via the slots. **I’m almost positive- but don’t quote me.** it’s still got some older games which I prefer and the atmosphere is nice for your daily lunch break bite to eat & fun games to play. They have made some updates but they aren’t SO crazy you end up leaving BROKE every time you go! Being somewhat skeptical after reading previous reviews, we were so pleased with this hotel. Our king room was very nice ... so quiet even though we faced the highway, very clean, comfy bed, large TV. Mini fridge and room safe, if required. Breakfast at Puyalapabs Cafe was very good (twice the food that we each needed). All staff and security couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Concert venue was good, probably not a bad seat in the place. Good acoustics and two big screens on either side of the stage. Can't wait to come back for our next concert!

Went here for my birthday and had a BLAST! The hotel room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of parking available. And the slot games were fun. Would totally recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a quick, fun, local getaway. **TIP: I highly suggest that if you park in the garage park on the 3rd floor by the orange cones (bcuz there is always security posted right there, which means you don't have to worry about anybody stealing your vehicle or breaking into it).

2nd time here. Great clean,safe hotel. Lots of security,good food and location. Lots of restaurants nearby . Casino a little too smokey for me and the hot tub wasn't working this time. Will return

I stayed in the hotel as a conference attendee. I am not a gambler and cannot speak to the casino aspect, this review is reflective of that. My room was clean, though a bit outdated. But the smoke in my "non-smoking" room was terrible. The HVAC system seems to circulate the smoky air from the casino directly into the rooms. My eyes were burning and my nose was stuffy. I slept terribly because of this. Amenities are sparse. The pool/ spa were closed. The "fitness room" had a few cardio machines, but no weights. I ordered a salad to go from Tatoosh Grill and the server taking my order acted like it was a huge pain. I waited over 30min before asking staff to check on the status of my order. It took mere seconds to retrieve it, just seemed like nobody bothered to bring it out when it was ready
