Extended Stay America Suites- Tacoma - Fife

The staff has been amazing. They are really sweet ladies at the front desk. My only complaint is how dirty my room was when I checked in. There was clumps of hair on the floor and drops of blood in the shower. There was spots on the floor from what looked like spilled water or juice and everything was dusty. Maintenance fixed my sink immediately and I was offered compensation for the condition of the room, which I appreciated. I've been here 3 weeks and the staff has made my stay extraordinary. I recommend checking this place out if you ever need a place to stay in Fife.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. || ||The Good- I moved into Extended Stay because of their security after selling my home. I was impressed with the gates needing a key to enter. The security of the doors also needed a key to enter. And having the front desk attendant available 24 hours a day is reassuring. ||The housekeeping staff and the handyman/groundskeeper worked full time previously and kept the facility in top shape and clean. They were hard-working and friendly. You need to give Victor an award. That man is super hard working and can fix anything. ||The front desk personnel have always been friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joanna, Ally, Cheryl, Roni and Hope. Thank you. ||A nice smoking area was set up in the back of the facility with planter boxes of flowers, a bench and a cigaret

Positive: It was great people that work there .? plus it was close fir my drive daily.. I?ll be staying agin next week. Negative: Just wandering why the front desk had to know who was calling..? Because they said they?d connect me to the room lots of times it just went to leave a message.. they weren?t talking to my room .. why want to know who it is calling..?

I’ve been staying here for a while and am happy with my stay. The front desk employee named Hope is super nice and always helpful. I’ve actually had a great experience with all of the employees here during my stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. I’ve had zero issues with crime and my car has always been safe. It’s close to the freeways and has a lot of good food nearby. I would recommend this location to anyone needing somewhere to stay for a good price.

The staff here are wonderful, efficient, and professional. My Two weeks stay was lovely and I would definitely book here again. Great down to earth atmosphere. And my room was very clean and all the staff were attentive to my personal needs, which was greatly appreciated!
