Stayed for a 3-day event. Had pre-registered a room with a kitchen. Was out in a double without. When inquired on that, got out into a room with one, but it was broken and disgusting. And unfortunately almost everywhere else was booked because of the event. When trying to talk to the staff, they couldn't understand me or comprehend the horrible conditions. We showered at the truck stop cause the water didn't even work right. Will never stay at any facilities associated with this company again.

It's definitely a 1 or 2 star hotel. Broken ice machine. Not coffee offered. Damp musty smelling hallways and stairs. Room was decent. Shower water control very touchy. Half a hair width between ultra hot and cold. As long as someone else is paying for the room, I'd stay here short term, otherwise I'd rather stay somewhere else. There are also cars that have what appears to have been abandoned. Moss and other groths growing under and around them.

I was shocked by the condition of the property upon arrival. The room and common areas were absolutely filthy and did not meet even the most basic hygiene standards.||The floors were heavily stained and had clearly not been vacuumed, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the toilet had hair on the exterior lid—including a pubic hair on the interior. The bedding was stained and had visible paint marks, and the most disturbing issue was a red, blood-like residue smeared on one of the room walls. I have photo evidence of all of these issues.||We did not feel safe staying at this property and had no choice but to leave. |This was not just a disappointing experience—it was unacceptable and unsafe. Rooms are very outdated and small. The main hallways and stairs beyond the main entrance of the hotel are carpeted and have an awful mold smell. There is an actual pool in the front of the building but it's not maintained or usable for guests. Parking lot and property is covered in garbage, which was obviously not picked up on any regular basis. There was people up to no good in the parking lot as well as hanging out in cars that weren't guest vehicles. Numerous junkers parked in the parking lot, that were obviously not running in the recent past or present and been abandoned were not towed & were picked through and vandalized. Elevators did not work and appeared to have been out of order for a while, with nobody working on getting them in working order. Railings in stairway are not stable
