KINGS INN- Medical Downtown Midtown Memphis

I will never book here or let anyone I know experience what I’ve dealt with over the weekend . The rooms look nasty , stains on the sheets , walls , door. I was denied access to the WiFi even though I booked the room for 2 days . The heater barely works & The nite clerk isn’t helpful at all and it feels like he doesn’t even want to be there . Save your time and money , this is coming from someone who never leaves a review . I’m not even a picky person so that alone should tell you to run far away from this place .

I don’t understand why the reviews say all of these things. I walked into an extremely clean facility, smells like it should (fabuloso) and the staff very helpful and professional on both shifts. Crystal rented out my family a spacious safe clean very very clean room for the night we were in town. Nice view and whatever you didn’t pack they have extras behind the counter. Thank you KING INN . We Will recommend other families in the near future.

A mother and two of her children were stranded outside of this institution because hotel staff refused to allow her to enter the suite with her children they paid for through booking.com and refused to refund their money!! The attendant up front doesn't speak the greatest english, but will happily recite it's against our policy.... Theres a city ordinance violation or law being broken in this establishment.believe me we are not going to let this go.

The clerk was nice, was very kind to us the entire time. Also the only hotel/motel anywhere nearby that allowed 18-year-olds to check in (everywhere else is 21+).

Let me see what's not wrong with the place. Staff is unfriendly! This place should be condemed for real. Mold in rooms, people hanging out all hours of the night. Definitely not a place you would take your family...
