It is a nice clean hotel for under $ 150 a night in Brooklyn. It's a surprise gem in the city. Didn't see one mouse or trap. They are pleasant and the bathrooms are economy nice. I've stayed 3 times. Highly recommend if on a budget.

Booked a room and told the hotel we would be arriving at 10pm. when we got there there were no rooms expect ours that needed to be clean. aka they were renting our room out hourly until we arrived. Anyways we had to wait for our room and finally checked in at 11pm. ridiculous but wait it gets better we go out to an event and get back late. when we wake up in the morning we're checking the sheets to see if we left anything and it was filthy literally looked like people were urinating on the bed. needless to say the hotel has a no refund policy and refused to refund us. Sleeping on the sidewalk probably was cleaner.

Its absolutely nowhere near as bad as some of these reviews. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for 5 days each (for work). The room was decent. The bathrooms are clean, they have toothbrush/toothpaste available by request. My room was cleaned EVERYDAY and the cleaning ladies are quite nice but keep in mind English may not be their first language. I do not drive but the parking lot was full everyday I was there so it might not be reliable. My biggest complaint is that due to the affordability, its booked by a lot of young people and the noise level in the halls can be a lot at times. I had to call the front desk to ask some people to turn down their music. The person saying they would rather sleep in a metro station than this hotel is super extra dramatic ; don't expect a quiet spa envi

Positive: Cheap, close to wear I was working Negative: Seemed seedy, dicey feel, felt like people lived there, "free parking" was not available when I got back so I had to drive around for 1 1/2 hrs looking for parking.

This is a great hotel option for travelers preferring a Brooklyn stay. Rooms are spacious, amenities include microwave and mini fridge. Located on a popular bus route (B35 & B70) and near Sunset and Prospect Parks, the lovely and setene Green-Wood Cemetery and also Industry City. I am a low-maintenance guest, did not want or require daily housekeeping, although it is available. Staff I encountered were all helpful and friendly. Save your money for soaking up the neighborhood, rather than a Name Brand hotel. This one was perfectly comfortable.
