This place is very dirty inside, the dry stinky smell coming in really told it all, I asked Mr. Simpkins at the contract signing if he could clean up some and put some kind of smell good out for the odor and he didn't even try to do any cleaning for your rental. The kitchen was dirty. The bathrooms was horrifying, thank God we thought to bring cleaning supplies, gloves, toilet paper and paper towels. Both were so nasty 🤢 I just cleaned the women's bathroom good for all of us to use. Very extremely disappointed ☹️ The only reason I went ahead and rented the building is because it was 2 days before our event and we didn't have time to change up. They don't even have outside Trash cans, he told us to pile the trash in the kitchen by the back door on the inside and he would come by and take

It was nice my friend gave a party I injoy my self and the area was Nince I love the location

It was my whole Lodge it brought back many excellent memories and learning experiences

Had a great time looking forward to the next event

Went to a party there on Saturday an had a good time
