Kimpton Hotel Arras

Our recent stay was fantastic from start to finish. After check-in, we went to our room and were so pleasantly surprised to find a hand written card, chocolate and a bottle of prosecco chilling on ice. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Erin in Food & Beverage for her warm and attentive service at breakfast. What stood out most was that she remembered we had gotten married the day before and went out of her way the following morning to congratulate us in the lobby. That genuine thoughtfulness made our stay even more memorable. We also greatly appreciated the valet team’s prompt and professional service, especially in the bitter cold weather. Exceptional hospitality all around — we look forward to returning.

From the moment we entered we were warmly greeted by Adam and Joseph. Nicole and Jamie also at the front desk were very helpful. Sarah one of the managers has mastered the art of running a beautiful hotel. The decor and setting could not be more lovely. Little wonder this is one of the top rated Kimptons. Every staff person we encountered was congenial and helpful. Free coffee is ready at 7 am. The bar and restaurant were both excellent. We have already booked our next Kimpton stay. Kimpton Arras was an outstanding experience in every way!

I truly one of the best hotel experiences ever at THIS Kimpton. I love a Kimpton for the dog friendliness, community building events, and high end bedding. The staff at Hotel Arras is ELITE! Jamie (provided exceptional customer service), and Nicole and Barry at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was special and luxurious for me and my partner to the point we stayed an extra day. Food and activity recommendations were on point! I have a very friendly, exuberant, German Shorthaired pointer, I love the kindness and understanding in communicating if your dog is barking. It gave us the peace of mind to ensure he wasn’t a problem in a new location.Parking Valets were extremely accommodating and fast. We had a wonderful staycation here for my wife’s birthday. We were greeted by Adam at the front desk, and he upgraded us to a beautiful mountain view suite, which made our stay even more special. We loved the evening happy hour, and the gal serving wine had wonderful energy and was so kind to us. We also really enjoyed the Thursday Girl Dinner special - $20 for Caesar salad, fries, and a martini. Again, great service at the District 42 bar. We’ve already decided to make an Arras staycation a more regular treat, and we look forward to bringing our dog next time. We had the best experience at this hotel and one of the best stays ever. They went out of their way to make us feel special for our anniversary. We had the suite with mountain view and definitely worth it. The amenities were awesome and room was so cool with so many luxurious appointments. Can’t recommend enough.
