Khardomah Lodge

This is a very nice place. It's quite rustic in many ways and charmingly so. The great room with huge fireplace is a warm and excellent place to congregate and the center piece of the Inn. The rooms are quite simple and comfortable enough. Baths are clean and charming. The kitchen is rustic too with all the equipment you need for cooking, baking or whatever. Nice dining room for large meals. We go every year in the Winter and the place is warm and inviting. You can easily walk down to the Great Lake and excellent restaurants are plentiful in Grand Haven.

We just stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and loved it. It's in a perfect location in one of the most charming towns along the Lake Michigan coast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Inn is rustic and old fashioned like a historic landmark is supposed to be. Our Inn keeper was wonderful and friendly and knew exactly when to be there and when not. We were already planning our return trip back as we were packing up to go home.

My go-to place in Grand Haven. Rustic, quiet, relaxing. Not your "standard" hotel. Shared bathrooms, BYO and cook your own food in the ample kitchen, free morning coffee. Relaxing in the great room after a long day feels like home. The ladies that run the place are GREAT! If you want posh this is not your place. If you want comfortable and homey, this is most definitely where you should stay!!!

Staff was very friendly once we arrived. Communication was a little shaky in the weeks prior but the hospitality throughout the stay made up for it. Room was perfect for 2. Walk to the beach or to unleash dog trails. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed here for my sister's wedding. It was perfect for us all to be together and plenty of room for a large get together in the dining room. Short walk to the beach. Awesome place!
