Positive: The price for the room Negative: The stuff discriminated against me

This motel is run down with abandoned cars and truck parts in the parking lot. Check in was ok but the lobby was not very clean. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and there was mold in the bathtub. I thought I could overlook all that because it was just for one night but when I was going to get in the bed I saw hairs on the sheets. Obviously someone made the bed without changing the sheets. Nasty nasty nasty. I went to the office to get my money back and the best they would offer was half my money back or another room. I didn't want another room because I wouldn't know if it would have clean sheets or not. So I left and have disputed the charges with my credit card company. Only stay there if you want a dirty room and a bad experience.

I would give a negative star if I could. I have never encountered a more rude person at the front desk in my entire life. During this horrible ice storm my boyfriend was driving a wrecker truck and just needed a few hours sleep and was told he cannot park his truck there and was told we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We did stay down the road at a wonderful place and we will not ever be back to this place and I will tell every single person I know not to ever go there.

With misgivings, I had to take a smoking room with my granddaughter. Rarely have I seen bed linens so crisp. The bed and pillows were comfortable and showed no wear. The motel has been updatedith clean hard surfaces. Our room contained a microwave and fridge with separate freezer. I did not observe a coffee maker and they did not serve a breakfast. The manager says they outsource the sheets and wash bed through, towels, and shower curtain daily. It was a clean and comfortable stay.

The TV was broken. The plugs on the light between the beds didn't work There's a sticker in the tub from the initial purchase they never finished removing The sheets were dirty
