Cold Water Inn Hwy 72 Tuscumbia, AL

The Coldwater Inn has a beautiful lobby, a beautiful staircase up to the second floor where there is a beautiful sitting area. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was very good. What a great hotel for $86 a night. I was very glad we had two nights booked as I didn't want to leave. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel as nice as this for a price like this. An excellent value.

I really enjoyed my stay at Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with updated features that made it feel cozy and relaxing. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The location is convenient and close to local restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Super excited to see how this property will turn out after being converted to a Hilton!!!

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in early December 2025. We were travelling through the fantastic southern states of the USA whilst visiting from New Zealand via Australia. Friendly staff, Excellent value for money, not a bad location as everything is five minutes away in the Shoals. Would recommend

Nice hotel with a bit of character. Modern building, but done with a nod to grand architecture of the past. Dramatic sweeping double staircase with lounge area at top was a fun touch. Reception was friendly, rooms clean and equipped to a decent standard, especially at this price point. The included Breakfast was simple, but fit for purpose and the straight from the oven biscuits were great. If I have a gripe it’s with the cheap plastic plates and cutlery that went straight in the trash. Seriously guys, buy a dishwasher and some proper plates. Your guests and the planet will thank you.

A very good hotel at an excellent price. The entrance is grand, with two sweeping staircases left and right as you enter reception. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was excellent - spacious, modern and clean. We had booked the hotel to be handy for the two historic recording studios in Muscle Shoals, and it served its purpose in both respects. Well recommended.
