Best Western Plus Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals Hotel & Suites

We were in town for a family event and had a very enjoyable stay at the BW Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals location. It is conveniently located and easy to access from the highway. The staff is Alabama-friendly and helpful. The room was so clean! I entered the lobby to find my name on the "Guest of the Day" sign and treated to a goodie bag in my room with treats, momentos, coupons, and more! I also received a personally written note thanking me for my loyalty. It made my day!

I Stayed here recently based on the reviews, though the staff were very nice and it’s in a good location, the rooms were not clean. One of the beds had large red/ brown stains on the mattress and white stains on the mattress frame. The floor and towels had stains. The ice machine had some growth in it. Again nice staff but I just didn’t feel clean staying there :(

Always stay here when in town. Amazing staff and super clean rooms and the breakfast is fantastic

I had to stop there from a business trip due to horrible weather. Shea, the manager, was Amazing! She was so friendly and kind. The rooms were great! When I checked out to drive on icey conditions she made sure I had bottled water. Shea is a fabulous manager!

Great place to stay! The staff is amazing. GM Shea helped us with a larger motorcycle group along with Zoe. Check in was a breeze and they let us park out front for more security. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!
