Enjoyed our stay at Kasa Village District Raleigh! Very convenient location close to a grocery store and several locally owned restaurants. Super close to NC State and only a few miles from the Lenovo Center! Loved how easy it was to check in as well as check out. Would recommend to anyone wanting to avoid staying at a dirty motel. Had access to a fully stocked and functional kitchen, a smart TV and a pull out couch. Room also included a washer and dryer. Will be staying here again next time we have to come in town for Hurricanes!

The Airbnb was in a nice location. Easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. The cleanliness of the place and the small were both well kept. I enjoyed having Kasa as a host as they responded to messages in a timely manner. Would definitely consider booking there again.

We loved getting away from our cold area to stay in the Village District for a month during the winter. This condo has everything in walking distance that you would need. Exceeding our expectations!

I travel to North Carolina once a month and have stayed at Kasa condos several times. I had a trip planned and a reservation for 4 nights when my travel plans were canceled due to an ice storm that was predicted to hit Raleigh during my travel days. I notified Kasa that my flight was canceled by the airlines and that I wouldn't need my reservation. They informed me that because I was letting them know 1 day beyond their cancelation window that they would not refund my money. An ice storm was shutting the city down, my travel plans were canceled and out of my control but they wouldn't be refunding any portion of my prepaid stay. I will be finding another place to stay for all of my travel to Raleigh.

RENT A HOTEL ROOM INSTEAD. They’ll try and charge you for early check in, late check out, security deposit with option of small non refundable fee, and $10 parking a day. I’m sure there’s something else i might be forgetting they’ll try to charge me for. I’ve never had a hotel try to charge me $41 for early check in when the room is already ready. The room was dirty, stains on carpet and pull out couch. Crumbs in the couch and flys + mosquito bothering me the whole time. The whole bathroom is outdated and needs work done. The elevator can take up to 8 minutes to wait on. Makes sense why they can’t fill these rooms with people wanting to sign a lease
