Customer Reviews
Clean rooms, comfy bed, great water pressure in shower. Free use of the washer and dryer was extremely convenient for us through our stay. Stayed multiple days without issue. Easy check in and check out. Definitely do research and find a location to park ahead of time as this proved to be very difficult on our end. You cannot park in front of the building for long periods of time. It is located on a very busy street but the noise did not bother us at all overnight. We slept great! Overall a great place to stay that is very affordable.
This is my second time staying at KASA NICHE. Pefectly sized room for myself, yet ample for company to visit me. The location was close to the university. Easy to find. The atmosphere was relaxing after many hours of flying. |COMFY BED!! Hot shower. Contemporary decor. Clean. Minimalist setting made for a restful retreat. Any questions I had were quickly answered via text. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be staying here every trip to Philly.
Really please to have free laundry. Thank you.
So I’ll say this, if you’re someone like myself who doesn’t mind climbing stairs or walking this place will be good for you. It’s a walk up and the units are nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is very convenient which shops, and a supermarket right up the street. It’s near a lot of hospitals in the UPenn system and close to the universities in University City. The place is very clean and check in/check out was a breeze. They were very responsive through text and phone calls. The neighborhood can be noisy at night especially on the weekend given you’ll right in the middle of a few universities and college kids throughout.
This looked like a pretty sweet deal on Booking.com. I needed a place to stay for a quick night near UPenn, and this looked like it would fit the bill. The "Virtual Front Desk" seemed like it would be just fine, so I booked the room. I arrived to Philly late on a Friday night and had to be up and out by 7 am on Saturday. Got to the hotel pretty quickly via Uber from the train station, but that's where the issues started. I had not received any information other than the Booking.com confirmation, so I had no idea how I was supposed to get inside. Fortunately, there is a QR code near the door, so I scanned that. It took me to the website for the hotel and they asked for my confirmation code. I entered what I had gotten from Booking, but that didn't work I called their customer service line a
