JUDE TRAVEL PARK OF NEW ORLEANS

This park is a sweet little oasis in an older part of NOLA. It is close to all of the attractions and Marla was kind enough to share a walking tour of the Garden District for free with all of the interesting history of the area and the homes. The pool and hot tub were super clean and the resident cats friendly. The park has a very tall privacy fence and gate to help with safety. There is a deli a few doors down with the best shrimp po boy I have ever had!

When visiting New Orleans on our way home from a cross-country trip out West, I reserved a site at Jude Travel Park because it looked close to the city, and the price was right. I didn't realize it was a city park in a less-than-desirable neighborhood. You get what you pay for.||Pros: ||Marla, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, pointing out the good restaurants in the area and giving directions to get back on the interstate upon leaving.||The price made the stay a good value.||Close to the city and a short drive to good restaurants.||Cons: ||Rough neighborhood with gunshots at night.||All back-in sites with no pull-through sites. Marla had to help me back into my site because they were very close together.||The park is a small city park with gravel sites. No grass, with a small area

Great service!!Bathrooms clean,park nice,full hookups and everything that you need to stay in New Orleans!! They’re 5miles from the French quarter and they have a shuttle and also a bus stop infront of the trailer park!! Not expensive!! I recommend it for everyone that comes to New Orleans!!

This was a clean and easily accessible place to stay while we visited New Orleans. Yes you are beside a train yard but it's pretty quiet, yes your on a highway but your in a gated place. Marla keeps the place looking real nice and the pool and hot tub sure feel good at the end of day. She also has plenty of information about "NOLA" and some tasty places to go eat. Loved the cats🐈🐈‍⬛ we'll be sure to check you out again if we come back your way.✌️

This is an r v park, only back in sites No cabins restrooms are clean shower areas.Clean laundry room is nice.Pool was open while I was there.But closed on the day before I left. Nice place to visitThey have a gate that closes in front of the campground.Prior to close of business, they open it up in the morning when they open up. I rode the bus into the french quarters for eighty cents.Got a transfer and use the transfer to come back that afternoon.Transfers are good for twenty four hours.
