Jonathan's Hotel

This review is for unit 306, it’s a 3rd floor WALK UP, no elevator. Do not rent if you are disabled, zero accommodations. Room advertised as a queen bed “1 bedroom” Was actually a double bed, studio. Light bulb missing in ceiling pot light. Screen for patio door has a huge hole so couldn’t leave it open. Mini blinds have a section missing. Nail sticking up on transition strip between room and bathroom. Can only see the TV from the bed, not the couch. All furnishings and finishes are worn and very dated, like we took a Time Machine to the 1970’s. Bed mostly blocks passage to the balcony, can barely get in and out.

My wife and I wanted to stay at Hampton beach for a few days so we decided on Sea Forever at Jonathan's Hotel. Check-in was very simple and it was nice to have a numbers lock and not have to worry about carrying keys or a card to get in. As I entered the room I looked around and noticed it was very clean but also very small. It came with a Murphy style bed which was pretty comfortable to my surprise. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. The shower was clean with a hand held shower spout which was awesome. We also had a keurig coffee maker which came with coffee pods and creamers. ||||The place was very well decorated but the TV is placed in a strange place but still works for the space. It has comcast cable which I was very happy about seeing a lot of places we rent

It 's well located on Ocean Blvd with easy access to the beach by walk. Price was very reasonable for the season. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only concern, i slept on the sofa bed and it was by far the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. I did'nt expect to sleep as we sleep on a king bed...but there is a limit! With a better sofa bed, my stay would be almost perfect!

Good location but service was not good. We ordered 3 adults to sleep. Yes, there are quilt for one bed (2 people), but the sofa had not quilt, it only was a pure sofa. So how to sleep to 3rd people in this room? The WIFI was so terrible. we must went to 1st or 2nd floor corridor to use Internet. You can't find any hotel staff in there in 2 days.

Remodeled great place to stay. Clean comfortable ,excellent accomidations for your money. Free parking ,very clean. Refrigerators TV Ac so. Ice more .Had the 3rd floor room ocean front spectacular views all day and night in season and off . The best staff ...Louise.... in the area Louise has answers to all your questions and goes above and beyind to,help every person who stays their . I will be back again soon . You have to stay there for yourself .Give Louise a call and ask her anything you have a question about
