Jetty Motel

Affordability, a breakfast and lunch restaurant next door, the beach at your doorstep. Perfect! A beautiful pool, a huge washer and dryer machine, working ice machine, patio furniture to bask in the ocean view and super friendly staff. The AC and plumbing is loud, the fact that we had to sleep separate, none of that bothered us. This motel must have been here since the 50s or 60s, and includes all its timeline characteristics. A kitchenette with dishes, glassware and silverware, a microwave, mini coffee maker and mini fridge. A dining table and TV. It served us well enough, we extended our one night stay to three! We walked down to The Rusty Nail for dinner, rode our motorcycle to the lighthouse and other places within a few miles on another day. Perfect for Sunset!

The location is incredible and definitely worth the price. I've never stayed so close to the beach in my life. So nice to have a guaranteed parking spot. The in unit ac was easily adjustable and helped drown out any exterior sounds. The mattress was sound and they had lots of pillows and an extra blanket for cool overnight weather. It ain't fancy, but it's good. Premises are clean, staff are friendly, and I hope to return soon.

The Jetty is the best. It is an older motel but they are always doing renovations.The pool was just remodeled in 2023 and is a salt water pool now. The rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. Guests are friendly. I've been going there for years and Cindy treats you like family. She knows her guests. Beautiful location in the cove beach. I love it off season. It's even more peaceful and beautiful and has reasonable off season rates.

Nice pool. Nice location. Inside room is concerning. Very strong cleaning smell upon entering. Like stepping back in time to the cheap hotels I stayed in as a teenager. Everything in the room stays damp. Window Air conditioning lacked in efficiency. Bathroom looks like it has not been updated in 30 years. Toilet seat had black wear marks and the flush handle also. Bare bulbs over the mirror. Mattress had use indentations in it. At $300+ tax it is an insult. We had to get a last minute room and one was available there. Never again!
