Jetstream RV Resort at Pearland

Quiet place to live, love the front office, great people to live near. Knocked off 2 stars because after new management bbq grills out of service and multiple dryers out of service and have remained unfixed. Should be fixed, as they are a part of what we’re paying for to stay here. Used to be 5 stars.

It sucks that these parks always devolve into low rent trailer parks. Maintenance is a choice and the owner’s of this park clearly have one priority, make as much as they can without spending a penny to maintain what they advertise. The RV sites are littered with trailer park tenants, there is trash everywhere, the amenities are mostly “out of order” and they placate any complaints. The pictures tell the story. I had high hopes given their advertising and years old Goggle maps photos, but I was sorely disappointed in the reality.

Very hard to pull into off main road. Lots of bridge and road construction in area making access in and out a major pain. Noise in front end of park sucks. They work 6 or 7 days a week and start early. Manager is a pos that does nothing to fix park issues. Gets very defensive when a problem is pointed out to him for repair. Major raccoon problem in park that they have not addressed even though it has been there for YEARS. WiFi is spotty at best. Bathrooms are cleaned but walk in and the smell like dirty water. Your rig needs to be less than ten years old but when you get there they have a permanent resident that lives in a 50 year old bus that is totally run down. They also have lots!!! Of very old unmaintained rigs in park. Little double standard for true moving RVers. Better places to sp

Beautiful RV park. It's mostly filled with full-time residents. Wonderful private shower rooms that require a door code for entry. They are full size bathrooms with lots of room. Very pet friendly but limited to 2. One resident close by me has a huge pet tortoise in a fenced area of his yard. Big dog park and doggie poop bags at every grassy area where pets can be walked. There's a dog wash station, too. Car wash, gym, private indoor storeage units, putting green, a catch and release fishing area, and a very nice outdoor kitchen area and bonfire pit. Book early, go check their website for all details. Highly recommend.

Joy, Michelle and the entire staff at this RV resort were exceptional. They made our stay memorable. We will return in the future. Highly recommend this location and experience it offers.
