DISGUSTING ROOM IT HAS ROACHES AND SO NASTY IN THE ROOM THE BED THE ROOM ITSELF IM CALLING 311 ON THEM EVERYDAY UNTIL THEY SHUT IT DOWN

I took my cousin there yesterday to rent a room for 2 days the people there in the day time is really nice and they know how to talk to you I told her that my cousin has low vision and sometimes he can't see that well she was very understanding.Tonight I went there to check on my cousin and give him his food so I went to the desk and asked for him the night staff I don't like she didn't know how to talk to me at all.My cousin was sitting in the lobby when I got there I told that I seen him coming to the door he was trying to feel what is in front of him.She told me not to go inside the door.She was rude and kept telling me that she is management.I wasn't rude to her at all.

Confused on the negative reviews. The staff goes above and beyond for their tenants, greeting is always warm and welcome by each and every one of the sweet ladies. I stayed at JR on Jackson for a little over a month awaiting my apartment approval. Not once did I ever see “drug activity” or “dirty hallways”. Rooms are extremely accommodating and spacious - beds are always comfortable and clean. Price is unbeatable and rates NEVER change, 7 days a week they remain the same and very affordable. Air and heat works great. JR will always be my go-to when needed in the future. Really appreciated the hospitality over everything else. Thank you! -Brooke H.

I don't understand why does this hotel keep going up on their prices, I'm not paying $95 just for overnight that is ridiculous this place isn't worth $50, I don't think I'll be going back to this hotel anymore I'd rather go to the Congress hotel or go to a Holiday inn at least the accommodations are so much better than what I've seen in this place the J.R hotel to me is a rip off as I said before I could go to a motel 6 or a Holiday inn the money may be more costly but at least I'll be getting what I'm paying for I'll know that for sure.

In 2020 it wonderful until me manager, had word about a1.00 41.oo that's cost, but it use to be 40. But she said now it's 41.00 at check out time you get 5.oo back so I ask her can she take 1.00 out of five when I get ready to leave, she snap, saying I'm trying to run her job, she manger so I told her ask one of them bed bugs can I borrow a dollar, she gave me my 40.oo back, I laughed peace,
