Island Links Resort by Palmera

We’ve stayed here before, but first time in the winter. It’s always a great place to stay, especially if you like golf or want to stay away from the Coligny crowds. Bike and walking paths everywhere and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The in season shuttle to the beach is fantastic for carrying chairs and coolers!||

First time at this resort. Pool area is cool and our unit (3BR) is more than ample. Its well stocked and two golf courses here too! One outdoor pool is heated the other not so much, but it's February and we have access to an indoor pool right up the road if we want. Check in took just a few minutes and was quick and simple. So far so good!

Positive: "" Negative: Due to availability, we had to move rooms have way through our stay resulting in being charged the resort fee twice. Additionally, all of the resort activities cost additional money.

We had stayed here a few years on an RCI trade and were satisfied with the rooms. We just checked in yesterday and we're very disappointed. Nothing has been upgraded for a very long time. The kitchen appliances are antiquated. There are no Internet outlets and some of the regular outlets don't work. The washing machine had been left on with water in it. And the handles on the windows in the master bedroom have been removed so the option of having fresh air doesn't exist. No facial tissue. Just one packet of laundry detergent and 7 rolls of toilet paper for a unit that sleeps 10. And unlike other resorts on the island, after this "starter package", the renter has to buy replacement supplies. The unit is large and generally clean but I don't think it deserves such a high rating. W

Our stay could not have been better. First off Stephen helped me with retrieving my bag I had left at the airport! He helped us with some restaurants suggestions! (Fish Camp, Ella’s on the Water and Michael Anthony Italian were all 3 great ! ) We enjoyed all of the activities Stephen suggested! The sunset on the water is beautiful!! The pools were very nice ! We would definitely go back! Rented a car with Turo and that was great to have!! We did use Lift and they were fast and very reasonable !!!! Very Nice too!
