InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Hampton VA

The manager Danielle is very rude and easdrop and listen threw the door of conversation that very unprofessional I can see on other comments it not her first time and she need to be fired. Then she want a harass and call my room number say I'm lying know it alot comments about her be rude. Then how she want to call me about things that was nothing to do with the room she unprofessional and lies on what she said say she feel uncomfortable but she the one making the issue. It's calls she doing bad customer service and trying to cover herself. It's seem the owner does care how people treat.

Words can’t describe how terrible my experience here was, the staff was unhelpful. The rooms were absolutely atrocious and not to mention I woke up in the middle of the night scratching, and you will never guess, there was a plethora of fruit flies, as well as bedbugs. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. I would’ve rather been in a jail cell then at this preposterous location. Before you come here, I would highly recommend going into your backyard getting in the fetal position in squeezing your way into your dogs house, I promise you it will be 1000 times more pleasing then this location.

Of all the 3 locations I have stayed, this one is by far the most well maintained. 1.Laundry dryers really dry the clothes. 2. Stove have a built in safety features that turned off if cooking an fall asleep.

I found InTown Suites through a map search while I was staying at a lesser-quality competitor nearby. I was looking for something cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable, and your location popped up with much better reviews and amenities. The map made it easy to compare places, and InTown Suites stood out right away, so I decided to check you out.”

Staff was supportive and attentive to my needs. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped although I would have liked if cooking utensils were provided. All in all, great overall experience
