InTown Suites Extended Stay Savannah GA

We have been staying at this property for a month. We have not seen one housekeeper or been able to change our sheets. I went to the office and asked for sheets to change them myself. I was told sorry. Housekeeper is out you'll have to wait until Wednesday. The amount of money they charge to stay....and ya can't even get clean sheets!

Needed budget friendly accommodations in this particular area for a week, $350 seemed reasonable when compared to other nearby hotels where you'll spend that much for 3 nights. You get what you pay for so buyer beware. This place is filthy and outdated. This place appears to never have been cleaned. I believe the extent of cleaning for this establishment is wiping down. The carpet and floors are the nastiest! Wear shoes/slippers at all times (including in shower) or you will regret it. The shower handle was backwards so you had to turn to cold for hot water and hot for cold water. The wifi is spotty at best and pretty much a waste of time because the signal drops repeatedly. Bed, TV, air conditioning, and refrigerator were all decent but pillows are terrible and microwave was disgusting. O

I was at Intown Suites Savannah Extended Stay for almost 2 years, until last week I moved. The young ladies at the front desk is very sweet. My room was very clean and smelled so good when I got there. The environment was quiet and peaceful, I felt at home. Everytime I tried to take my trash out or bring my groceries in someone was always offering to help 🙂 it was like a little studio apartment. I'm going to really miss living there. So, I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Intown Suites Savannah Extended Stay.

Annie did a great job at cleaning my room, after the manager kept saying not to do it, she did it anyway. Even stayed a little later passed her quiting time, she made sure I had a clean room and a clean bed for me to sleep on. This place need more housekeeping staff like Annie.

Terrica Is An Exceptional Staff Member Of This Hotel. She Goes Above And Beyond To Make Sure That Your Stay At The Hotel Is Good. I Hope She Will Be Rewarded For Her Commitment To The Job She Does So Well.. Sincerely, Rhetta Hooks
