InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Seaworld

This place is not all that but I do have a roof over my head, etc. Just trying to hang in here until the lord bless us with a house... we just trying to make ends meet. Therefore the bed comforter have cigarette holes in them, housekeeping could be a little better with service. I we would love to win a week stay. Just being honest on my review!!!

My husband and I stayed here for over a week but planed to stay here a month. We should have left right away but needed an affordable place to stay while we found a house. We moved here for my husband's military job. You have to pay more for a non smoking room. This was not mentioned on the website. The room was not clean. Mold, hair, and dirt was all over the bathroom. See pictures. I got some cleaner and cleaned the best I could. We were only given two bath towels and two wash cloths. We were told the room would be serviced once a week. Servicing included taking out the trash, changing the bed covers and taking the trash out. They would not replace the towels or give us more toilet paper. The place has a small kitchen. No kitchen towel or place to dry the dishes that you have to bring. A

Title: Worst Extended Stay Experience – Do Not Recommend This was the worst hotel/extended stay experience I’ve ever had. My one-week stay was a disaster from start to finish, and I even extended a day — which only made it worse. First Red Flag: They gave me a room that wasn’t even cleaned. A cleaning cart was still inside, the fridge had stains, and the bathtub had visible soap residue. When I told the property manager, Jennifer, she dismissed me and insisted the room was clean — even though she hadn’t seen it. That should have been my sign to walk out. Room Conditions: The second room they gave me was only slightly better. The fridge still had hair and stains I had to clean myself. Ive been here since April an I like it because its peaceful and everything is close by. If you are looking something that is going to get you by week to week or month to month or incase your apartment is not ready this place would help you buy some time.

The staff make the stay worth while. Jennifer is awesome. I could have moved several times over, just stayed cause of the staff.
