InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Perrin Beitel Road

The hidden fees make this room a poor deal. When I made my reservations they stated $189.99 weekly, after checking in they charged me $199.99. When I questioned this, the lady at the desk told me to show her something from her company allowing that fee. The receipt for the first week said $199.99 for the room, $30 Room deposit, $20 Phone deposit, and $33.50 Taxes. For a total of $283.49! If you want to use their laundry facilities you must purchase a $3 card and then put a load on it ($5 at a time). The $3 deposit is non refundable and if you have any load left it’s not refundable.||||Full kitchen includes 2 tabletop electric elements, small sink, microwave, and medium size refrigerator. We originally stayed for just a week before changing over to monthly. When we first checked in, they let us check the room to see if it was up to our standards. When I told them it smelled like cigarettes, they immediately changed our room. Our monthly stay has been great so far. The laundry room is clean and all units work. We had an issue with the mattress in our room and they immediately ordered us a new one. This location is near just about anything and everything you could need. We plan on staying here while we get back on our feet and I'm happy with that decision.

Been here 9 months., staff is nice and helpful, 24/7 security. All bills paid, free WiFi, house keeping once a week, rooms are small but decent enough and bug free. Compared to competition...there is no comparison..

Great location. You can get anywhere in the city within a few minutes. Rooms are a little small but clean. Also a really good value for anyone on a budget. Also rooms have a full-size fridge and freezer. Over all I would recommend Intown Suites.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient for my local traveling. And the best part, they have the best room deals in town.
