InTown Suites Extended Stay Raleigh NC - Capital Blvd

The rooms are amazing. The beds are so comfortable, but the front desk needs help. I’m a guest at the hotel and I am so unhappy with the customer service. Your front desk girl is great but y’all definitely need more than one person. The phone definitely should be answered whenever it rings it shouldn’t take me calling three or four days in a row to finally get an answer. They are housekeepers don’t clean for real. It is minor things that should be fixed. The renovations are great, but the outside of the hotel is a no Customer service resorting I give a zero

I checked in here at InTown Suites on Capital in Raleigh, NC. I had booked for a two bedroom and made reservations. Upon my arrival I went in to check in the young lady at the front said they didn't have any two bedrooms available only one bedroom and it would be the same price plus a deposit. I was getting a little frustrated because I had to come up with the deposit. Long story short. I was able to get the deposit and after looking at the one bedroom room. I was well pleased. The room is big, spacious and the people that run the front desk are so nice and helpful. I recommend anyone looking for a room and good rates come here...I promise you won't regret it.

If you're looking for a cheap extended stay in Raleigh, close to a market and easy access to the main road- InTown Suites is a pretty good place to stay for a shorter stay. The rooms need work though and they need to spray for roaches. But they are no frills and dont even open their office until 11am. Don't expect much more than a larger room when you go for a premium or deluxe room rate.

I actually like the room. I'm a single guy, and I don't require a lot to be comfortable or satisfied. My only two complaints (granted I moved in during remodeling - they are actively doing upgrades and repairs and likely will not do my room until I leave) are the roaches living rent free and the severely worn out mattress. Everything else is ok, in my opinion. I really enjoy the price. I'm thinking about making this my regular stop when I'm in town. Proximity to shopping and entertainment is pretty good. Access to all kinds of transportation: bus, plane, train, rentals. I would rate it 4 stars based on experience, but the bugs and the mattress kill it for me.
