The rooms are decent but not you will need to do your own cleaning if you want it fresh and truly sanitized. Lots of weed smoking done throughout the day and night and the smell comes into your room. Management goes into your room when you aren't there so if your there for a while just expect it to happen. The hotel is run like a housing project but it is way to expensive for what it's worth. $400 to $500 per week if you don't reserve your room online. Taxes do get waived if you stay longer than a 1month which lowers the weekly cost. No credit check. Eve in the office is very nice and will try to help were she can. I've been Staying there for about 8 months now I have to say I love it. Eve is super nice. Works with you. I work overnight so I sleep in the day. The housekeeping is really respectful about it. The maintenance people are super nice. I've never had issues with anyone, No Bugs, No little creatures and no big issues. It's relatively quiet as well. I recommend top floor stays. Unfortunately some people still smoke in their rooms, when it's not allowed and it come thru the bathroom vents. I don't hold management responsible for that, Unfortunately that's just something you have to deal with. Nothing little plug in can't fix. Super friendly staff, really good rates that lock in. If your staying for awhile I suggest you do it on a monthly basis. It's just cheaper.

I've been staying at Intown for over a year and I wasn't aware of "Safety Checks" I appreciate the new manager providing us with a schedule to give us a notice as to when they will be done. it seems like this new management cares and respect our privacy. I always see him walking around the property every day. That's something I've never seen previous management do

The front desk staff is great especially Eve. She's wonderful. Rooms could be better. I've been waiting almost 3 months for things in my room to be fixed. Other than that my time here has been pleasant.

Great place to stay long term Eve is wonderful if your not willing to follow the rules of the property this is not the place for you Eve is fair and will give you many chances to do the right thing rooms are clean and safe for small children house keepers are nice and will help you with anything that needs to be done..
