InTown Suites Extended Stay North Charleston SC - Airport

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Deborah, one of the housemaids. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile. My room was spotless every single day, and she paid great attention to the little details that really make a difference fresh towels perfectly arranged, everything neat and welcoming. Deborah’s dedication and positive attitude truly stood out and made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Deborah, for helping make my visit such a pleasant one!

I've been a resident here at the North Charleston location for almost a couple of months. It hasn't been terrible. But, It hasn't been good either. I haven't had any problem with the staff here. They're great and helpful! Thanks Dewey and entire staff! I relocated for work. The wifi has been down for over 24 hours going on 48 hours and nothing has been resolved. I work mostly remotely and this problem is detrimental for my new job. This has been happening intermittently since I've been here. I've contacted the wifi provider personally and put in a ticket twice. I've also tried to contact someone in corporate to escalate this issue to no avail. The corporate customer service is non existent. This needs to be corrected and get another wifi provider. Btw, Residents should not have to pay a l

My name is Ashley B. We been staying here for almost a year. Dewy I would have to say is the best property manger there is. Every single time we have had to ask for anything he has always went above and beyond for us. Everyone that stays here is so nice and polite! Mrs. Dee the house keeping is freaking amazing. She makes sure everything is so clean and nice! She’s awesome with kiddos and just over all a great!! The property is well cleaned and over all a safe area!! This is by far the best experience I have had here!! Definitely would give a 10 star!!!!

Great location, Dewey is wonderful and so is the staff he works with. I'm glad they have an elevator too. There are a few bugs crawling around so, pest control is necessary. When you're here on the day pest control comes, bags and instructions are provided. It's near the airport so if you don't like to be disrupted, go to another location 😊 you can walk to Walmart and other restaurants in the area ❤️
