InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN - Bell Road

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. The woman Jessica who works in the office went to every room, making every guest do a five-star review to make this place look good. They overcharge when they want to, to whom they want to. They have rules that they pick and choose who to enforce them on. It is badly infected with roaches. Watch out for floods because my room has been flooded 4 different times in 4 different rooms by neighbors. Most of my things were ruined, and they didn’t care. I always had to make sure I had money on my card to pay online because from 11 a.m. when they open to 4pm they stay closed even though they close at 7. I could never really leave my room because there was no way for me to get a key, and they charge you $10 to get one. Whatever you do, please avoid this place b

This is a very affordable extended stay suite. First of all, the service—all the staff people I met were very friendly and very helpful, even the maintenance man, Steve. Secondly, the room was very nice. It was clean and I chose one on the south side so there was plenty of beautiful sunshine coming in. For the price, I wasn't expecting an upscale hotel so that was fine. It totally met my needs and was very roomy and comfortable. My only input would be to put the handle for the refrigerator on the other side to make it easier to access. They have a great laundromat available on sight. I loved that. And it's convenient to everywhere. (BTW, we chose this because of a financial hardship. The staff worked with me to get the very best deal. I was very grateful. They obviously care about people.

It is a very nice place. Jessica , Tim, Stephen , Terrance ,they all work hard to make sure that you are happy no matter the time of day. Very attentive. And also it's very important that I note that this place is in a very nice part of town. I've seen comments where people say they hear gunfire. Maybe, or it's a car backfiring. I think that people need to understand that the hotel can't help what's in earshot of it. They work tirelessly to make sure we are all safe. It's withing walking distance of a gas station. Busses run , and we're right near anything you cold need.

It is a nice extended stay hotel. It’s a snow storm this weekend and it’s great I have a kitchenette in the room so I can cook. Central heat/air. Plus there is an area to wash your clothes, I have not used it yet I just seen it when I was coming to my room. Maintenance and Staff is helpful :) :)

Worst Motel Experience Ever !! Rooms Are Roach Infested . Nobody is ever there and never answers phone. Very Loud All Day And Nite. Couldnt sleep the whole time i was there . Since i couldnt get anyone to do anything bout the issues i left my paid 1 week stay 3 days early nobody was even there so i could check out get some kind of refund for having to leave !! Ive contacted customer service by phone and email everyday since the day i arrived till this day and havent heard anything .. It Needs To Be Condemned !!
