InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Hobby Airport

I came here about two weeks ago to see if this would be a good place to rent from. The tall brown male with the feminine voice was a little too sassy, borderline rude for my taste. I left the lobby a few seconds later. If that's the best customer service they have I don't mind renting from somewhere else.

Don’t be like me and pay for a week in advance then arrive and find out this place is literally infested with cockroaches it’s disgusting it’s outdated it’s trashy the property looks amazing from the outside but once you get inside you will realize you have been fooled. Yeah the price is great but trust me within my first five minutes I seen at least 10 to 20 cockroaches of all sizes it was literally disgusting and I was very unhappy with my stay here. ||||I even went as far as to going to the local Walmart and getting my own can of bengal Gold Roach spray for 14.98 and sprayed the unit myself and within one day the roaches were back just as bad as they were before and bengal is the best stuff you can buy. So nasty. Couldn’t stand it.

Very comfortable relaxing place to stay lil nosie due to kids staying here but that's at any room kids will be kids I haven't had a issue since I been staying here great wifi convient place to stay for a week and the price is very reasonable for me no complaints on my end

The traditional rooms have old furniture, and you see cockroaches crawling around the bathroom and kitchen at night. They have a no-smoking policy on the premises, but my room smelled like cigarettes, and when I left, I could smell marijuana. The manager, Troy, is arrogant, impatient, and rude. I love this place I've been here for months very quiet good rooms get very clean good people that work here very nice environment
