InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport

As a person who transitioned from FL to NC, I had to look for temporary housing due to family housing falling through due to unexpected illness of a family. I was looking for a great price, cleanliness, safety. I came across this brand initially on Priceline but went to their actual website which gave a better price. Nine nights into my stay, I can honestly say the entire experience has been wonderful! Although the property is older it is well maintained, clean, safe, and walking distance to some nice restaurants. As stated, I've been here for a little bit now. Upon arrival I was checked into a single queen on the second floor near the elevator. When I made the reservation I had requested I first floor room, they didn't have any available. Upon entering the room I knew I was not going to stay at this hotel! The room had an awful oder, the kitchen was filthy with grim from cooking and dust settled over the top of it because the cleaning people did a horrible job of cleaning. There were stains on the walls, the screens on the windows were all bent up and a cigarette had been put out in the window sill. I immediately went to the front desk and told them the room was unacceptable. Denise was working at the front desk and she wanted to make things right. I single mom of 3 that just moved here from Georgia and was in desperate need of a hotel to go to that was within price range. I was staying at the Extended Stay America but the prices were never consistent and it wasn't clean. I found this place and I'm glad I did because the staff is so sweet and makes you feel at home. I like that fact that when Schulyer (I hope I'm spelling his name right) gave me the option to look at the room to make sure it's okay before I paid. He was and still is extremely polite and professional and asks me if everything is okay with my stay. There is also a front desk clerk by the name of Keyanna and she is super sweet and professional as well. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was good.
