InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus OH - North

This place felt like a home for the momment I needed it. The management was amazingly great. I should have made a review since; but i kept forgetting. The rooms and whole building are cleaned and maintained. I never had to deal with anyone being rude towards me and my kids. There were always good gestures towards us. The kids loved it. I 100% recommend if anyone is in the process of transitioning and need a roof over your head for a minute. I honestly didn't want to leave but we found a new apartment of our own. A big thanks and appreciate to all staff and management at that location. 🙏🏾😌

Great location, a lot more jobs in the area than the one I stayed at previously, very clean, I'm on the 2nd floor and haven't seen any bugs (cockroaches, etc...), the employees (managers, front desk, etc... very helpful a few times and I've only been here one and a half months. Very polite and respectful. If something important needs fixed it gets done quick. Elevator was down one day and operational the next. With the nationwide housing shortage this is the best transitional housing or a place to stay if you are here for work.

This location and company is a joke, don’t even waste your time getting a room here.||First off, the room I booked was on the 3rd floor after explaining I have a baby and that it’s hard they obviously didn’t care. As soon as I got in my room on Saturday I sanitized and wiped down everything the same night I started seeing bed bugs and roaches; I couldn’t reach out to anyone because they were closed on Sunday and didn’t open back until Monday. I reached out to Leslie the manager and she LIED and said they never had that problem before and that they will have orkin come out to look for the bed bugs. But there are plenty of mattresses dumped in the dumpster outside but you never had this problem before? Yeah ok The previous reviews says otherwise which I should’ve read before booking, anyways

Leslie was amazing, great person and the staff was so accepting, very great conversation, helped me a lot with my stay especially fighting cancer and was there for me during recovery. I will always have a special place in my heart for them there. I couldn't have been more happier to find support. Thank you to all the staff.

Upon arrival the room had no working microwave or phone and shower was very dirty. I was moved to a better room but in the 4 week stay I never had housekeeping once. The room next to me had loud construction one week and went into the late evening. Not good since I work at 4am. Many roaches were seen fortunately no bedbugs. Common area had bad smell and laundry services were never available. Room key stopped working after a week had to be reset. Not the worst place I've stayed at as I've been all around the world, but I certainly had higher expectations from the ads for the rooms.
