InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus OH - I-70E/Hamilton Rd

1st floor may be ok but don't even think about the 2nd or 3rd floor if you want ANY kind of peace. The music and noise after 7pm or on the weekends is outrageous. Some tenants know non-management members of the staff so most of the time nothing is done about it. Also almost Every weekend the fire alarm is set off and for some strange reason not on weekdays while the hotel managers are there. Rules and cleanliness is almost null and void. Bags of trash are left on the steps or spread across the hallway floors. Unless you have no other choice then you would be better off searching around for another hotel.

On Tuesday 12/30/25 me and my husband came home and tried to use the bathroom. It was clogged so we tried to use our plunger which did not work. So he went to the office and told the manager Holly about it and she gave him a different shaped plunger (more heavy duty) and said to try that. When it did not work he brought the plunger back down told her it didn’t work. She told him that she would have to call someone to come out the following day to fix the problem and she gave us a key to the room across the hall from us and said we can use that bathroom until it gets fixed the next day. We took the key card not knowing that went against policy and went on about our night. BEWARE!!! I'm a disabled Army vet with PTSD and this place is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. When I got in the room I noticed that it was dem and just ignored it at first but after the fixture above the door started flickering I went down and asked for a bulb and was told they didn't have any and didn't know when they were getting any so I decided to just buy my own. After inspecting the fixtures I discovered that both main fixtures which take 3 bulbs only had one in them, the one above the cooktop was missing, and so was the one in the reading light which cost me a total of $35 to replace them all. They don't clean your room/provide towels or fresh bedding. I had to call the police once for a personal matter and when they got here I was threatened with eviction if I didn't tell Hol

Both managers there are very nice and kind. My wife loved the emergency line woman at night. Forgot her name. She helps a lot during the day as well and always seems busy - the GM is the same way. It has changed drastically since the last time I was here about a year ago. I came for work and stayed and the management was horrible. I got locked out of my room back then and it took an hour and a half for the woman to come let me in and reset my key. This time I had to get it reset and unfortunately I needed to call at 1am and the woman came down within 15 minutes from answering. That is what I call customer service. I really appreciated that. I recently spent a full week at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
