The rooms are impeccably maintained, the accommodations are comfortable and well‑appointed, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. This is my first time staying at an InTowne Suites, but it will be my last. The hotel signs say no smoking, yet 'guests' are happy to smoke in front of those very same signs. The smoking patio located near the elevators allows cigarette and weed smoke to travel throughout the building. ||||Our room was "neat", as in it had been straightened up, beds made and towels and paper products replaced, but was otherwise dingy, dirty, rusty, musty, and showed signs of years of neglect. I spent the first night cleaning and had to go out and buy activated charcoal bags, an air purifier, and a Rug Doctor to remove some of the filth from the carpets, which are absolutely worn down with caked-on dirt. The drapes are no different. Looking at them, they are dusty and filthy. We also had to wash the windows

Smells of weed and smoke fills the halls,police are in and out,roaches as well. Upon checking in I explained that I have a autistic child who always moves around and if he was sure to put us on the second floor,he said it would be ok. 2 days before rent is due for the week we are told to get out. The staff is very nice but the office guy is always trying to get smart with someone low key

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The bed bugs showed up uninvited, overstayed their welcome, and had the audacity to bite all night like they were paying rent. No respect, no boundaries, and zero consideration for my sleep, skin, or sanity. They are small, sneaky, impossible to get rid of, and turn your bed into a nightmare. I did not ask to be a midnight buffet. Would not recommend to anyone—ever. Worst “guests” imaginable.

I’ve yet to have stayed but I’m looking for a location that close to my job and safer walk to bus stop and not worry bout being on the roads walking. this fits my needs lol. I’m got to have a room by Monday check in and I have my ESA pet with me he is a senior pet, such a sweetheart and is no trouble uses the pads eats throughout the day he knows that he’s going to be there by himself so he might come out of his cage and go into the bathroom or my the kitchen floors near a door to await me at a door. he 11 years old has cataracts so please know he’s harmless I have identification for proof that I will provide it at time of check in.(he is a certified Service Esa pet). thank you)I will be here for the next three months as a caregiver to help with the patient care shortage.
