InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs CO

I would like to take a minute to talk about this experience. I see this extended stay hotel online and said it had kitchen in the room I was like yeah way I save some money. Online it states kitchen and all needed are in the room while my room had no pans, pots, dishes, nothing to eat with. Also our refrigerator was leaking water inside. The kitchen sink did not work. Then our room floor had stains on the floor the bathroom walls were peeling off. They would not give us new towels and told us we had wash them ourselves. Let me tell you they would not supply us with toilet paper either told us we had to buy our own. Customer service was awful. They are not in the office until after the time they are too be. Then we try to use the hotel guest washer and dryers but the dryers did not work we

Positive: clean up to date rooms. Negative: Odd smell, key card didn't work with the first room, so I was moved to different room. Also the wifi was strange and I didn't feel comfortable logging on due to the texting process.

This place was not easy to find , but when i did the price for a week plus a kitchenette seems like a scam so i called the reservation line (In Town had their own reservation line so no third party needed ) once i was assured the price i was quoted is correct ,the operator walked me through everything she was very helpful , the next day i proceeded to check in , Aaron The front desk associate was outstanding wonderful people skills ,I worked customer service my whole life and finding one like her is very rare. She was great. The room is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for anything better ,it has a kitchenette w/two burners, The bathroom is huge the room as a whole ,makes you feel more like home .

It is not normal for me to write a review, however when a hotel has a problem and the hotel does nothing to help the situation; a bad review is needed. The hotel employees are friendly enough, however the hotel chain has not regard for their guests and it is reflected in the very low price that is needed to get guests. A shame as this can be a very nice hotel in a great location. Hard pressed to stay there again if there is a reasonable option otherwise.

the staff are super friendly and super nice and the wifi is super amazing but somtimes gose down radomly but when the wifi is a moven along dam best wifi in town for free. they dont offer dishs also they said one roll of toilet paper upon check in and the towels in the room are the only clean towels you get from them. other then that i gave the all 5's because the room are clean the rooms are super cutie. the front desk is only open at certain times so please make sure you treat the front desk with some respect be there on try on those time slots they have alot to do big hotel. also the houskeeping staff to maintaince the best dam people ever. the front desk i cant even thank you guys enough we were waitng for our deopsit to hit and these amazing front desk guys said dont worry dont str
