InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - I-64/Crossways Blvd

This place was a nightmare. My best recommendation is to not stay here. If you would like to read more, that is fine but trust me, run far away from here. The nightmare started at check-in, the lady said there was no housekeeping and no refunds. I should not have prepaid. Also, there is no HBO even though it is advertised. The lady said they are working on fixing it but would not give a day that it would be fixed. I'm guessing they are not working on it. The rooms are of poor living conditions. My door was bent. The top and bottom corners had gaps so a good thief could probably get in. I did not feel safe. Another room will not be given to you. I had to buy soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and towels just to stay here. All these items were supposed to come with the room. Th

I enjoy this hotel. It is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The GM Frances is straight to the point and keeps things in order. The hotel stays nice and quite. When we checked in we were greated by Ms. Frances, she was polite, friendly and kept check in process great. Enjoyed the fact she is stright to the point about all things when it comes to the property information. Especially the Intown Suites rules. I had read the online reviews about this property, and all I can say they are far from the truth. You can tell, that the management and staff here are stright forward, friendly and helpful. At first this place wasn’t a bad choice the staff appeared to be nice and the property manager continued to be very friendly and nice throughout everything my problem came with the management we one problem pop up which we did get resolved some what then a couple weeks later I was left with a notice on my bed that stated we had to leave because during a nightly walk through of the property she claimed she smelt a strong smell of weed coming from outside my room but she obviously didn’t knock on my door or she would have known no one in my room was smoking when in all reality multiple people smoke there I use to smell it all the time coming out of the maintenance guys room but yet that seemed to be perfectly fine. If I could give zero stars I would, but that’s not an option. I paid for a week stay, they kicked me out on day three because I had a guest over that had an expired ID so I got kicked out in the rain at 10:30 at night. These people will rob you. I had four more days to stay there that I paid and didn’t get back when the person with the expired ID was not even staying in the room .. room was in my name ..make it make sense. Will threaten to call the cops because your guest has an expired ID I don’t have an expired ID. It was in my name I paid for a week. I have never heard of this in my freaking life.

The staff is rude. The room I received is not clean at all and the carpets are very dirty. There are women's hair in every place, and the floor is tinged with chocolate and hair. Even the towels found hair on them. And let's not forget the spiders' windows in small corners and All of this is in the Premium Room category.
