InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - Greenbrier Road

The GM & Staff on Old Greenbrier are extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. Provided excellent care, were also very customer focused. Rooms are very clean worth the stay & price. Thank you for taking care of us.

Simply put...From the time that I stepped in the office to apply for extended stay, I was welcomed and greeted by "Alesus" {the front desk clerk} Her smile and greeting was genuine and sincere ...She made the application process seem easy and unintrusive. The property was well kept by a property professional named Mr. Davis. The House keeping staff, {especially Ms. Brown} was exceptional and of course professional showing attention to detail and curtesy.| Would I recommend In Town Suites? Especially the Chesapeake Va. "Old Greenbrier Rd" Property? Yes...I Roland H., do highly Recommend this extended stay property!

I am most thankful for having a safe and reliable place for my daughter and myself, while we are transitioning. The manger here has been a life saver and I will never forget her kindness and from the moment we met until now there has never been a time she didn't have a smile on her face. In fact, all of the staff here has been very warm and welcoming. I honestly could live here longterm with no problem because of them and it feels like a community not a hotel. I am grateful and would highly recommend staying here! Good people are so hard to find. Thank you to the general manger and all of the staff at the Greenbrier Intown Suites! You guys are the BEST ❤️

This is a location I'm going to and will let others the old Greenbrier location. The Room nicely clean Service is great from front desk to maintenance Location is great for me to get to in from work

I’ve been her over a year now and never had any issues… Anything that needs to be fixed is always done immediately. My room is nice and comfy with no bugs, plus nice furniture and wifi. From Alexis to Davis and Steve, my stay here has been very relaxing and comfortable and the rates aren’t bad. I’ll definitely come back and I always refer people to stay here….
