InTown Suites Extended Stay Chattanooga TN - Hamilton Place

I had a very positive experience staying at InTown Suites Extended Stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable long-term stay. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The room itself was clean, spacious, and set up for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette made a big difference, it allowed me to cook my own meals and feel more at home rather than relying on takeout every day. The bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of storage space, and everything was well-maintained. Due to my traveling life-style, I've often stayed at extended stay hotels. This is not the best nor the worst of them. While some extended stays offer you breakfast and weekly cleaning with fresh linens and a kitchenette with utensils for cooking and eating, In-Town Suites (ITS) does not. ITS provides you a decently appointed room w/ large TV, bureau, a nice bathroom, a kitchenette (bring or buy your own cooking equipment. There is a Wal-mart and a Target within walking distance), a refrigerator, microwave and cook-top). They say they clean 1x/week. However, depending on who you get, some cleanings will be better than others. Oh, and you will be responsible for cleaning your towels for the length of your stay-they don't provide clean ones weekly. They do have a wash-it-yourself laundr

Wonderful staff a great place to stay, right across from chilis, there’s more than a few good restaurants in the area check out tai chi bubble tea for some chill vibes, amazing tea, ramen, and poke. I’ve been here at in town suites 6 months and I have had a great experience!

This InTown Suites location needs serious attention from management. They do not service rooms once a week for extended stays, even though it’s stated in their own agreement. Guests have to wash their own towels, no one changes the sheets, and trash pickup is inconsistent. Management never seems to know where staff is or when anything will get done. The air conditioner had visible buildup, and several fixtures and appliances showed rust and mildew (see photos). While about 10% of the rooms are newly renovated, the others are in poor condition and shouldn’t be rented until properly cleaned and maintained. This place is filthy and old motel 6 is way better. I don’t know how you could get the newly renovated rooms but I guess they give it to whom they want. I see why the place is empty. My friend was able to throw a day party at this location and we had fun but this place is outdated. No pool no ice machine not worth the same money as the rest of these places. As for the staff none of them are polite when you say thank you or when you come in no greeting. They customer service skills is a flop. Big zero!
