InTown Suites Extended Stay Chattanooga TN - Airport

As a guest of almost a year I want to give an honest review of this facility. It's not all bad honestly but I will mention both good and bad in this review. As hard as it is for me to say this; Emberly the office manager is the worst manager I have seen by far at this facility. I understand it states in policy my children can't play on property without us losing our only roof over our head. She felt she had the right to yell at my children for playing off property(riding their scooters and skates on the side road on the other side of the fence of the property I keep my door open and I can see them).I've also been told by other guests living here she asked them to watch me and my children along with other guests at this facility. I truly feel I may need a lawyer because I feel she is harass

I so far love the stay. I have only one complaint and that the kids running and screaming through the hallways at all hours of the day. I don't work night shift but if I did that would be a huge downfall for me. Also there needs to be a time range for your children to be indoors. It's a very rude awaking be woke up on a Saturday morning at 8am, when kids are standing right outside the room yelling like they are actually inside the room with you. Common parents teach your children to be respectful. This is a hotel and people come here to rest after long days working!

The rooms are filthy. Customer service is the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Especially the general manager Michelle Conway Witt. And Chattanooga Tennessee Lee highway. She's the most unprofessional woman that I've ever met. Always outside smoking. Has a horrible attitude and is very unhelpful. I wanted to switch rooms because when I got to my room the toilet wouldn't flush the exhaust fan didn't work the stove had a inch of grease in each one of the pans.. I asked to switch to another room and she told me that I could not do that. I don't know where she has ever worked but if a customer wants to switch rooms and pay the difference then by golly you need to let them switch rooms. Very unacceptable behavior. I would give service a 0 star if I could I. Went in to rent a room yesterday and the lady in this photo was very rude and disrespectful. I would have rented but didn't feel safe with them having someone who looks like a lady of the night with how tight her clothes are working in the office as what I was informed of is the general manager. Not to mention the black mold and roaches at the facility I could not allow my family in this place it is absolutely NOT a family facility. I 10000% do not recommend!!! If you have kids or anyone other then a significant other. It's not going to work out the office lady (gm) tried to tell me I don't make enough money to rent there although she isn't aware of my financial statue and the other office lady made me very uncomfortable she wasn't even in shoes

I've been living here 3 years. Michele the manager is gone now but she did a great job. Allen (Stan) is the manager now, and he is a great guy. Fantastic to work with. However there are alot of young kids here who constantly make loud noises screaming and playing and running thru the breeze ways. Other than that, Intown has been Great to call home.
