Roach infested it’s was thousands of them it’s got to in the walls. I set my drink down and three roaches was there in 3 seconds the bed was dirty with a stain. The trash was still in the room. We checked out the place should be SHUT DOWN. The manager don’t care either.

DONT COME HERE, unless you would like roaches crawling beside your head as soon as you turn the light off. There were two days where we had no water at all. 2 days where the water was on but had no hot water for showers. When you try to complain the front desk will hang up on you. And don’t even think about asking for any type of discount or reimbursement because your just a dollar sign to this place. Maintenance guy had an attitude with us as well. Also when you ask for the general managers # they won’t give it to you even tho that’s what the company website told me to do. And the customer service # is non-existent, it says fill out a form and I did and heard NOTHING BACK STILL! I hated my stay here and will NEVER make this mistake again! In my opinion, this place was uninhabitable. I paid for a week’s stay, then found out the keys don’t work. You have to contact someone from the office to let you in your room every time. I left within a few minutes to stay at a Days Inn. ***Response to manager: I will never be back. A key and hot water ARE essentials. Staff argued with me about these concerns. No way would I return to a place where these things were not disclosed upfront and where I was treated poorly to boot, with refund denied. No customer support from website other than a generic text.

Wrote this review a while back before the ice storm and nothing‘s really changed except I wish grown adults would just help clean up around here and not throw trash in the parking lot or keep the laundry room dirty and when you get done drying your clothes, take your lint out of the dryer, please I mean, surely people know to do that. No one wants to clean up your laundry lent! Have some respect for other people some people actually live here as they’re home for the time being praise. So due to the snow storm on 1/24/26 we have been without lights, one week prior to that we didn’t have hot water. Here it is 11days later and we STILL don’t have power, on 1/28 the maintenance man came around knocking on doors telling people to come pay their room fee which I feel was very unprofessional. How dare yall make us pay room fee when we don’t have lights or water ? I have kids and I’ve had to go spend my money on hotel rooms due to this issue. And here it is 2/2/26 and we still don’t have power and they don’t know when power will be restored . Corporate don’t answer calls nor do they pay attention to the complaint cards that we put in .
