The beds could be better (honestly, the beds were terrible). The kitchens are nice and the views are lovely. The location is convenient. I have no clue why their website tries to say it's a 5 star resort. The rooms need better maintenance - wall patches and such were visible everywhere.

My child and I stayed here to visit the nearby Ice Castles. While there, we also took the gondola up Loon Mountain, which is also nearby. Overall, we were blown away by the amazing value. We saved money by mostly cooking simple meals in the well-appointed kitchen, the fireplace was lovely after a day in the cold, and we had so much fun at the huge pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There was a Murphy bed for my kid and a huge bed for me, so we were both comfortable. There was even entertainment in the lobby and an opportunity to buy soft serve ice cream in the evenings. For those staying longer than we did, there was plenty of storage space in the unit and laundry facilities for guest use downstairs. We will definitely be back!

We love this place! It's comfortable, clean, convenient and the price is great for the size and amenities! We've always gotten the 1 or 2 bedroom suite and the mini kitchen is great for making breakfast. The kids love the fireplace and there is guest laundry available (but bring a roll of quarters from home, there isn't a change machine). There is a shuttle to the mountain on the weekends.

This is a great "all in one" hotel for the price in this area. The indoor and outdoor heated pools are very large and very clean. Both the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis are fantastic as well as being large enough for up to 12 people. The dry sauna is definitely a 10. Go in for 20 minutes and you feel like you just had a full body cleanse. The game room is both up to date and clean as well as being affordable. The rooms are nice but could use an update for sure.
