We did a last minute trip to Savannah and of course everything in downtown was either booked or extremely expensive. This place was a good spot to stay and uber into town every day - it’s only a 7min ride. The bed was comfy, the place was quiet, no funky smells, and the lady at the front was very helpful. I took one star off for the rooms because it was overall clean but whoever cleans hasn’t done so around the base of the toilet or sink in a whiiiiile. Minus that, it’s decent and if we were in this situation again we still would have chosen to stay here.

The woman at the check in desk is probably the most rude and least hospitable person I have ever met. She brought the word rude to a whole new dimension. This place offers no service in any kind of way. There is no wifi available at the accommodation. If you lose your keycard or lock yourself out or if the keycard stops working, they will charge you $20. The rooms are dirty, old and smell like cigarettes. The television doesn't work. They say there is breakfast included, but there is no breakfast at all. We asked for service or some kind of compensation but the woman at the check in desk was not willing to help in any kind of way. We booked for two nights and left after one night. The next morning we checked out and tried to get our money back for the second night, but she was not willing

This was a one night getaway for my husband and I for our 2 years anniversary. We intended on relaxing and watching tv after we had dinner. The internet was nonexistent. I tried to tether my phone to the tv but the only channel down loaded was the Pluto App. The app would not work. The tv would not let me download another app. The tv was crooked and the wall mount on the tv would not allow me to adjust the tv to face the bed. The floors were sticky. The bedding smelled musty. The towels and wash clothes were stained and dingy. There was not hand towels available in the room. There wasn’t a breakfast nor anyplace available for a breakfast. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A very unsatisfied couple.

The water for the shower was cold, TV didn't work told front desk she said the Internet service was down 3 days later same story. Whenever I try to open the room door the key malfunctioned had to fight with door/key to get in. Customer service was terrible housekeeping don't ask if you want service or not. Dingy dirty looking towels and washcloths thank goodness Dollar General was down the street.

Bait and switch. The hotel looked nothing like the pics online. The heater didnt work. There was no toilet paper! Room was big and cute enough from the outside and cheap enough. Just feel like they portrayed it different then it was. Felt duped. Also they charge 500$ if you clog their toilet and 20$ if you lock yourself out of your room. Whaaat?!?
