Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this hotel while visiting Santa Fe. It's a short drive to downtown and off the highway so you can get on and go if you’re driving out of the city. It’s very cute and cozy, and they really did a good job making it southwestern themed. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet, and we never heard our neighbors. Pool is closed for the season but we enjoyed the hot tub a few times. Tried to use the sauna but it never seemed to get hot enough no matter how long we waited. AC/heater in the room worked fine as did the hot water. Breakfast was good, but they could probably do a better job of cleaning the tables in between diners. The TVS are not "smart TVs" so you're stuck watching cable. This is not a big deal, though, because we weren't on vacat

I am a BW Diamond Rewards member. I have stayed at many SureStay by BW collection. The Inn at Santa Fe is far the best SureStay I habe stayed in. The room/washroom (one king bed)) was smaller but effiecient for 1 or 2 people. The decor is appropriate and SW feel. The property inside and out is maintained well. Yes, it could have some updates, but overall it was quiet and efficient. Location is great / beware, no parking for big rigs, big work vehicles, campers or trailers.

Positive: We requested for a ground floor room unit and we got it. We're senior citizens and we appreciate that we don't have to climb staircases. Negative: Mexican food

We had a very nice stay at the Inn. The staff at the Inn was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, mattress firm, nice comfortable pillows. Refrigerator with ice box, microwave, nice shower, TV, safe box. Everything you need for a pleasant stay at the Inn. Very good and varied breakfast, free parking. I highly recommend.

This place was just GROSS. My fiancé booked a for 2 nights for my birthday weekend. And the first room we checked in had a big yellow stain on the mattress and random black crumbs. ( I wish I took a picture of this.) We went to the front desk to get a different room and they seemed very irritated and told us next time to not touch the sheets or mess them up because now they have to mark it dirty?? Umm hello? IT IS DIRTY?! Also 1. How are we supposed to tell if something is clean if we can’t check? 2. You’re going to sell an unsanitary room to another guest?! Wow. We get to the second room and I pick up the pillow and the first thing I see is what’s in these pictures. Which as you can tell looks like bodily fluids of some sort?! And who knows whats on the other one. At this point I’m so up
