This place is in really bad shape and probably should not even be open. The name of the hotel building did not even match the listed name. Looks like a old Hampton Inn that was bought by someone to renovate? It was very run down and dirty. We got in after 9pm with dogs so hard for us to switch hotels at this point. Pros: close to my destination, close to a WaWa, not busy so quiet and easy parking, ac worked great, no bed bugs, room not haunted, bed and pillows ok, my dogs were allowed to stay with me, and front desk people were all friendly. Cons: room smelled like smoking room with cleaner smell, cigarette burns on furniture and worn down, exposed wires, holes in walls, loose fixtures, cracks and bulges in bathroom floor when you walked, aged dirty shower with broken pieces, several dar

I don’t know where to start with this hotel. Since the day I checked in the hospitality & kindness welcomed me at the door. I have the upmost respect for the GM & his staff. They were kind to me at one of my lowest times. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I got to enjoy some good football on their tv. Overall best experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. I CANNOT THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH FOR ALL OF YOUR HOSPITALITY. I highly recommend. You will love the staff & GM.

Newly named? formally Hampton Inn. Needs some serious remodeling and updating and quite frankly, perhaps an inspection due to the hotels overall condition... I try not to be too too critical when looking for a place to stay esp just for one night before a departing flight but don't let the price fool you and the scarce 3+ star reviews, you get what you pay for. If it wasn't for the nice lady at the front, god bless her, and the semi cleanliness of our room I would have given far less than 2 stars (we did not end up sleeping with the comforter that was provided due to some questionable stains, though the fitted and flat sheets seemed quite clean and comfortable). Would NOT recommend. **Also, they DO NOT have any form of transportation/shuttle to the airport**

I can only assume that the name online doesn’t match the name on the building because they’re trying to run away from honest true reviews of this property. This hotel has a very bad mold issue, it is everywhere. The AC units covered in mold and would spit out black dust particles when turned on, there was mold on the walls, and in the elevator. The elevator would normally malfunction and sometimes begin to descend/ascend with the door still open. I had an issue with my room and called downstairs for help, the person they sent upstairs didn’t even knock. They just opened up my door. I know the price is tempting, but there is a reason it is so cheap. Do not stay here.

Only one elevator was working, our room was on the 4th floor and when we stepped off of the elevator we saw a massive whole in the wall to the right of the elevator, the room smelled a little off, it smelled a little wet and humid, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom so if you shower with warm water it will get very humid and the floors get damp and slippery as a result. The ceiling was peeling off in the bathroom. Front desk did inform us that they were remodeling the 5th and 6th floor, remodeling would continue throughout the rest of the hotel, which is a positive because it definitely needs fixing. Overall, not a good experience.
