Inn at Mulberry Grove

ROACHES AND 100% NO REFUND POLICY!!!! Currently sitting in their parking lot after traveling 7 hours and having dinner with family friends to find the room we booked is infested with roaches. Bugs that scattered when we flipped on the lights and crawling on the floors and walls. I couldn’t even catch the largest ones on camera! We already checked in to find it was falsely advertised as a dog friendly hotel, so we had to make other accommodations for our pups. We found that no refund would be even remotely possible and have resolved to dispute our lost money another route. I wish I could give zero to negative “stars” for such a ridiculous place. My wife and I travel frequently and have NEVER cared to be snobs with hotels and have NEVER walked away from one. We have literally opted to sleep

Deplorable conditions!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We’ve stayed here many times over the years. This was our first time back in about 5 years. This place is not what it used to be. The rooms are disgustingly filthy and unkept. When we arrived to the room we immediately knew we could not sleep here. We ended up booking next door at the spark by Hilton. Towels and linen were stained!! Walls were dirty and peeling. Insect eggs and other peoples clothes in the drawers and hanging in the bathroom. Old toilet paper and razor covers on the floor in the bathroom. I will be fighting to get my money back tomorrow. We booked for two nights prepaid. What a mistake. Now I have to fight for a refund. This place needs to be inspected and shut down!!!

Positive: The view and the location Negative: The room was clean to their perfection but the roaches was unbelievable. They were everywhere from big to little. The other room had bed bugs and roaches as well. But we dealt with it.

This place was DISGUSTING and OUTDATED. My friend did not want to check out the room before booking.Stayed 3 hours to take a nap and CHECKED OUT QUICK. Place was like a HAUNTED HOTEL. Hole in wall AND dirty walls. Dusty furniture that was 50 years old. Missing top the toilet tank and not flushing. The second room was DISGUSTING also. I was scared to stay the night there. WAS CREEPY.Someone put a paper towel inside the peephole blocking not to see in the room. NOT worth $60. Unfortunately not have pictures but other reviews will not lie.

The rooms were trash, the sheets were dirty they had burn marks in them, rooms also smelled like cigarettes, there roaches in the room, hotel service was terrible staff was very rude I had to pay twice for the room cause the first transaction “it did not go through on there end” pure out raggedy would never stay there again in my life I don’t care if it was the only place to go!
