Indiana Beach Hotel and Banquet Hall

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and honestly I regret it. When booking online they show you nice clean bright rooms. Well when you get here you are send around the back to the old golf course rooms and let me tell you. What I paid for is definitely not what I got. I would think with IB buying it it would have been way better. It gives me right off the expressway where workers stay most of the time. I just feel like its not right price for what its offered. We booked a room with double queen beds and these are definitely not queen's. I know i wouldn't ever be staying here again.

We stayed with you Saturday August 2 to Sunday August 3rd. We had exceptional customer service. They were able to check us in early as we were meeting up with family at the same hotel, and spending our whole day at Indiana Beach. However, what they do not tell you through booking is that when their rooms run out in their main hotel they stick you across a parking lot in extremely run down rooms. We had no hot water, it got Luke warm at best. The rooms were very hot and humid from not having any air run for however long. The shower curtains were moldy and black at the bottoms. The room did seem clean other than that. Front desk was very nice. Our family that stayed in the main part did not have such luck with the customer service in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel. It is listed as “New” on the website, which is clearly not accurate. The room had no air conditioning, and since the windows couldn’t be opened, it was extremely uncomfortable. A security guard kindly brought me a fan, but this was far from an acceptable solution for the price I paid. The floors and baseboards were dirty, making the room feel unclean. To make matters worse, the front desk closed early on a day the park had a beer fest, leaving unnecessary confusion for check-in. After my stay, I emailed the hotel about these issues and received no response at all. The lack of accountability was just as frustrating as the stay itself. For the cost, you can find better lodging elsewhere.

I tried calling several times to ask a simple question “How late is the pool open?” but couldn’t get through. I called about five times with no answer. The Indiana Beach representative I spoke to later just said they were busy and suggested leaving a message, but there wasn’t even an option to do so. Customer service itself was great everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. However, there were no public restrooms near the pool or anywhere nearby, which was a bit inconvenient. As for the room: the door didn’t fully seal shut, the bathtub had a visible crack, there was a crack in the bathroom wall, the shower wouldn’t stop running, and the toilet constantly ran. None of the outlets would hold my chargers properly, there were no outlets near the nightstand, and the clock didn’t work ei

We walked in to our bathroom flooded but it was immediately repaired- toilet needed something. Pool was warm and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had to tighten thr cable on the TV and then it worked. Air conditioner made a horrible rumbling sound so we ended up turning if off..there is a shuttle to thr park. So overall I would give it a chance. Indiana beach only took it over a month ago so they still need some time to iron out the kinks.
