ICONA Cape May

I'm a little late posting this review; I stayed at ICONA in Cape May in November, 2025 and had such an amazing experience. Gorgeous stay. The hotel and rooms are exquisite, and beach is within view! I did not want to leave. The staff was also super accommodating; I had to take a test online, and they made special accommodations so I could take my test with complete privacy. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying at ICONA Cape May.

We are frequent visitors to Cape May and planned a quiet long weekend between Christmas and New Years. To this end, we chose this property which wasn’t in the middle of the action, had views of the ocean, and was walkable to restaurants and the Washington Mall. ||We loved it! The bright decor, service, and amenities were wonderful. Spotlessly clean, lovely linens and plush towels which were plentiful. ||We had a deluxe king with a refrigerator and wet bar, and that was a plus. A small balcony with an ocean view was lovely. All requests were met with a friendly and accommodating response from staff. Professional and unobtrusive service, and the housekeepers were lovely and well-trained. ||I give 4 stars because I would have liked more counter space and storage in the bathroom, although the

Positive: Proximity to the beach and how they set up your beach chairs and umbrella for you, the Staff, the SHUTTLE! You never have yo wait more than a few minutes for it at the hotel and it comes when you call it to pick you up. Negative: ""

Amazing clean fresh beautiful hotel! We loved our front desk lady called Ralista. She was warm and friendly and helped us navigate and also helped us with a shuttle for New Year’s Eve. The room was so nice! Thanks for a great stay.

Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was a nice size too, but it could have used a couple more towel bars.|Staff was exceptionally friendly and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Cape May.
