I Street Capsule Hostel

I didnt enjoy my stay in the hostel because of the hassle check in procedure. I booked the hostel with free breakfast and they didnt serve any breakfast at all. I really wanted to like this place because the price was right, but I wouldn't stay here again 😡😤🤬. The privacy is the best part. Unlike a standard bunk bed, having your own enclosed capsule with a sliding door means you don't have to make eye contact with strangers or worry about someone’s laundry hanging over your face. Plus, the location is unbeatable you’re steps away from Chinatown and a literal endless supply of amazing restaurants. Stay here if you are on a strict budget and want to be in the heart of the action with close by attractions, but bring earplugs, a portable fan, and very low expectations.

My only complaint was there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and they said that was a complement to the bidet and dryer system they have in the bathroom while claiming the latest delivery had been delayed due to the snow. Another person that I met at the hostel said it was pleasant to use this and very efficient but not my kind of thing. So, I really hope they continue to keep toilet paper stocked for myself and others going forward. Otherwise, great location and nice people! Thank you!😃

Comfortable beds with privacy. Super friendly and helpful staff. Warm breakfast. Digital access to room and facility thru phone. Modern bathrooms. Great location close to so much. 10 min from airport. Highly recommend!!

Staying in this hostel was pretty well. Thank you for welcoming guys. Location is the best. If you want to find something cheap just for STAY,SLEEP and GO, it would be a really best option. There are a few things which has to be fixed:1.WiFi on 3floor- was terrible,2.Please, could you install some hooks for clothes and towels in the room.3.AC doesn’t work well also.

I had the best stay at I Street Capsule Hostel. First of all, the staff were all very hospitable and made this place special. The location is perfectly situated in/near Chinatown and easily accessible to public transportation. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable including the linens and towels. The common areas were comfortable and fun to meet people from all over the world. They also had a very convenient and inexpensive laundry service with a quick turnaround. Thanks for the great stay!
