Hyatt Regency Savannah

Positive: Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hallways were always clean. We enjoyed sitting in the large room overlooking the river in the morning while drinking our coffee. Negative: One thing stands out to me and that is the electrical outlets on the bedside lamps were so loose that a plug would not stay in. Perhaps an upgrade to newer style lamps that have usb ports would be beneficial.

Best possible place I could've stayed. I got here via a corporate conference. Staff was lovely and helpful throughout the event. The hotel is right by the river, easy to walk anywhere. Beds were a bit stiff for my pudgy body but clean and well kept. The lobby is a sight to behold and makes the whole thing feel special. Be sure to check out the garden terrace through the 4th floor. Highly recommended.

We visited over Nye and had an amazing time. Some of the areas were starting to show a little wear but nothing that affected our stay. Our room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. We had a terrace room and the views from the outdoor space were beautiful. It was the perfect walking location to all the historic district and river area. Loved all the TVs in the lobby area - perfect for watching all the games with friends.

My 1st time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia was a wonderful experience! The hotel was perfectly located next to Riverfront and the Convention Center, which I was able to use the ferry to travel on. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially during the sun setting. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about any loud noises coming from the hallway or from other rooms, and housekeeping was extra careful with our items when tidying up the room. Two employees that stood out to me was Corey and Joanta. They provided excellent customer service from when I checked in to when I checked out, and provided helpful information to me on this trip. If these two help you, I promise your trip will be smooth for the rest of your stay.

Literally the best part of this hotel is the staff. While in town for a work function I was immediately greeted by Shamar the valet who every time he saw me went out of his way to ensure I was taken care to the fullest extent. My vehicle was ready when needed and taken care of as if it was his own. This is not what I expected as the new normal. When I was attending the the work conference that was being put on by my wife's company the bar tenders Nikki & Crystal were always smiling and eager to ensure all attendees were well taken care of. These staff members should be acknowledged and given raises. Great experience all around.
